Resale Disclosure Fees
In order to process resale disclosure, the following amounts will be incurred for the Master Association:
- $382 CCMC Resale Disclosure Lien Estoppel fee
- $18 HomeWiseDocs processing fee
Please be advised the Desert Mountain Master Association and all villages do not charge a "transfer" fee. Visit the Homewise Docs website to login, track your order, pay for your order, or attach a document.
Secondary Disclosure Fees
These fees apply a second time to the disclosure of a home or lot in the following incorporated Villages:
- Apache Cottages
- Arrowhead
- Cochise Ridge
- Eagle Feather
- Gamble Quail/Preserve
- Grey Fox
- Mountain Skyline
- Saguaro Forest
- Sunrise
- Turquoise Ridge
